Refund policy

All products sold by Melted Time and Treasures are custom-made and personalized to the specifications provided by the customer. Due to the custom and personalized nature of these items, all sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all customization details (including but not limited to names, dates, images, colors, and sizes) have been reviewed and approved prior to submission. Melted Time and Treasures is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

In the event that an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Melted Time and Treasures reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement or other resolution will be issued.
