Welcome to Melted Time and Treasures. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

Melted Time and Treasures provides custom and personalized products. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Custom Orders & Customer Responsibility

All products are made based on the information provided by the customer. This includes names, photos, dates, colors, and design preferences.

By placing an order, you agree that:
• All submitted information is accurate and approved
• You have permission to use any images or content provided
• Melted Time and Treasures is not responsible for customer-submitted errors

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required before any order is processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

Exceptions may be made only if:
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• The error is caused by Melted Time and Treasures

Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

5. Processing & Shipping

Most custom orders require 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or for large, bulk, or highly customized orders. Estimated shipping times are provided but are not guaranteed.

Melted Time and Treasures is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

📦 6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

7. Limitation of Liability

Melted Time and Treasures shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers who submit images, logos, artwork, trademarks, photographs, or other content for customization represent that they own the content or have permission to use it. Melted Time and Treasures is not responsible for claims arising from customer-submitted content.
