Thank you for shopping with Melted Time and Treasures. Each item is custom-made with care, and we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

⏱️ Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing before shipment, but can take longer depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. During peak seasons (such as graduation or holidays), processing times may be extended.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: Currently not available

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

📍 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Melted Time and Treasures is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

📦 Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or your order confirmation page.

⚠️ Delays

Melted Time and Treasures is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

📭 Lost or Stolen Packages

Melted Time and Treasures is not responsible for packages confirmed as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit or has not arrived as expected, please contact us so we can assist with reviewing the tracking information and determining the appropriate next steps. Packages confirmed as delivered may require the customer to file a claim directly with the carrier.

📩 Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can review and resolve the issue.
